Time to Market Shwocase

June 20, 2019 @ 1:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Vendor applications are open for the 2019 Time to Market Showcase hosted at the Food Innovation Center. All participating food entrepreneurs can present their products to buyers & investors from 3:30 – 5:00 pm followed by demo sampling of the product to the public during 5:00 – 7:30 pm. Licensed vendors can sell their products during the showcase.

Sample size must be between 1-2 ounces. No restaurant style food preparation or restaurant food sales are allowed.
Vendor applications are being processed through Eventbrite for the 2019 Showcase. Please answer all the questions while registering for the showcase.  The table fee is $45 and the Food Innovation Center provides the tables. Table size will be 6′ long or 8′ long. Bring your canopy or tent/awning since this an ourdoor event taking place rain or shine. There are 50 tables available. Vendors bring their own table draperies/tablecloths, sampling supplies and marketing materials. Electricity is limited and available on a first-come first-served basis. Please realize that checking the yes button on the electricity question DOES NOT guarantee access to electricity. Warming trays using sterno are a good choice to keep your food warm. Cooking food on-site is not allowed.

Check in & set up begins at 1:30 pm and vendors need to be set up by 3:30 pm. Detailed event logistics for check-in, set up, parking,etc, will be emailed at the end of May.
