TAO Ally Skills for CEO’s

TAO is hosting periodic CEO only sessions in Portland and providing a safe space for those interested in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion efforts, but are unsure where to start when it comes to advocating for it within your tech company. This will be the third session to help train CEOs – in a safe space surrounded by their peers – on how to access resources outside of their respective companies that can provide effective ways on moving the needle-related to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion efforts.

This event is an introductory session that will bring CEOs up to speed on incorporating Ally Skills within their organization. The session will also include a small round table discussion with CEOs, led by Tanya Webb of Puppet, who has driven TechTown efforts both internally and for the larger tech community.
