Please join us with our first guest speaker of the new year.
Juan Barraza is an accomplished entrepreneur and a seasoned innovating leader. Juan’s extensive background in developing and marketing ideas includes currently working at the Center for entrepreneurship at PSU where he recently helped launch InventOR, Oregon‘s first prototyping competition for college students. Juan is not new to testing ideas, businesses and products. He was born and educated in Mexico City, where he first learned about testing new business and developed his entrepreneurial spirit at a young age. He also has had experience receiving and providing mentorship to other business starters.
His past includes developing the VDO interpreters – – a venture that he took and tested through the Portland State Business Accelerator. Juan has a wealth of experience we believe will be valuable to you.
He also recently moderated a panel with Senator Ron Wyden and Stephen Green on support for Black and LatinX businesses.
