Benefit Corporations for Good

February 7, 2019 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Mary Anne Harmer and Tom Hering from Benefit Corporations for Good.

Mary Anne and Tom will spend the evening discussing a subject near and dear to us, Benefit Corporations. You’ll learn:

  • What a Benefit Corporation is and why it’s different?
  • Why you may want to create or convert your company to a Benefit Corporation?
  • How involved is the process?
  • Who else has become a Benefit Corporation?
  • How can Benefit Corporations for Good help you?

Becoming a benefit corporation shows your arrival as a conscientious organization of the 21st century. We believe no other single business action demonstrates your commitment to the greater good of people and plane.

There is no charge for this event but we will be collecting donations for Jackson Street Youth Services at the door so please give generously.
